The room and cleanliness were good, but not worth the price.

There was no communication after I requested an airport shuttle from the moment I booked. I tried to message a number of times with no response. We came in on a late flight, waited 45 minutes and there was no shuttle. We ended up paying for a taxi and got to the hotel to find a sign that shuttles run every 20 minutes. We were tired, had an early flight and the desk staff blew it off because they share a shuttle with neighboring hotels. They could have made it right in their overpriced hotel, but didn't. Next time we will choose another hotel.

We were able to check in earlier than the standard check-in time.
Negatives:
The condition of the rooms. Showed a lot of age and the smell of the rooms and hallways was terrible. Air conditioning unit didn't work very well and was extremely noisy. It would turn on randomly even though the unit was turned "Off". The tiny refrigerator was located under the sink and would rock back-and-forth when opening the door. Very strange layout.

The staff is friendly and location was close to everything. It was very clean.
Negatives:
The air conditioning in the room did not work the entire time we were there. It was hotter inside than it was outside and they were fully booked and could not move our room. The TVs are the first flat screens ever made and do not offer any streaming services at all. The only thing that was offered were movie that were almost $30 A piece and they are not the newest movies. The parking was $25 a day which is extremely expensive. It just seemed like they care less about the customer and the experience and more about every penny they can suck out of you. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The individual that checked me in was informative.
Negatives:
When I checked in, I advised them that I would like fresh towels and for housekeeping to clean the bathroom at least. I left out of my room a little after 10:30. I removed the sign from the door so housekeeping can come in. I returned back to the room around approx 1 and nothing was done. I did go to the front desk and advise them of this. I advised them that the housekeeper that was cleaning the room in front of my room stated that I was not on their list and to reach out to the front desk instead of saying I apologize and I will take care of it when I'm done.
