Staff were extremely friendly and customer focused. They appeared to seriously enjoy their jobs.

Housekeeping neglected to clean our room. We had to call the front desk when we returned at 4:00 pm for service. Even then only the bathroom was addressed. Dirty cups and no replacement of beverage supplies
