Just What We Needed!
Positives:
Very quiet, comfy rooms in a superb location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived late from a very long international flight and was made to feel very welcome on check in.
Negatives:
A cafe or bar in the hotel would have been nice. There were times I was in a rush to get to conference meetings and there weren't too many great options nearby at unusual times of day and night. The price was more expensive than I expected, too, but it is a very nice hotel, and it was competitive in Philadelphia at that time, when other hotels were also pricey.

We were not told that housekeeping had to be ordered on a daily basis. Then when we did order it , management dropped the ball and our room was still not refreshed.

Hotel is nicely positioned and...
Positives:
The location is great - right near Rittenhouse Square. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was small but comfortable. Nice touch with coffee, tea and water - sparkling and still on tap in lobby.
Negatives:
Air conditioner worked too well. It was super cold when on but when off, the room got warm quickly.
