Broken coffee maker in room, towel bar in bathroom broken so proceeded to hit me on the head while sitting on the toilet. Booked reservation through a third party & hotel decided to charge me their rate instead! Had to call numerous times to have corrected.

The vending machines didn’t work. There were mis communications with the hotel and the parking garage several times when I tried to leave the parking garage.
Also there were cracks in the ceiling and paint was chipping in the room.

The hotel was clean. Check in staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
They had workers with iPads tricking you into conversations to sell you things in the lobby. It felt very grimy and low to me. As you walked by they’d say “are you a Hilton Honors member? Let me get you FREE points” this is so people would hear FREE and stop. What they’re really doing is then trying to get you to book a stay with them in the future and giving a whole presentation on how they can offer you a stay for cheap and earn you double points or whatever. It’s like being hassled in the mall by those lotion people at the kiosks. EVERYONE who was stopped was annoyed by this. They stopped you coming in, going out, going to the front desk. It was annoying and uncomfortable the amount of times I had to say “no thanks”. EVERYONE was dreading seeing the staff with iPads.
