The view was amazing and the location was ideal.

I did not have hand soap in my bathroom. It took 2 hours to get it. When I asked about a microwave, I was told I’d be given one but did not receive it until the next day after inquiring about it again. The pasta I got with my room service order was solid (came up in one piece instead of being separate noodles. I couldn’t eat it!) the wallpaper was peeling off the wall (not a big deal but something I noticed). The shower temperatures were actually the opposite of how they’re labeled and directed, but the hot water gets very hot which was super relaxing. The bed and comforter were VERY comfortable. There was also a great variety of TV options.

The view was pretty.

My key card did not work for both of my room so I had to wait on security to get in and out. Mice were seen by my whole family in the lobby. The in house Cafe is really hotel coffee poured for you by a staff member that you pay 5 dollars to do so and you still add your own cream and sugar. The restaurant food was not worth the money. There are not many leisure areas to sit with family and friends.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was able to check-in early, which was appreciated.
Negatives:
The only negative was the toilet paper, which was the cheapest, thinnest single ply I think I’ve ever seen/used.
