Easy Access to the outside roof decks was our favorite aspect about this location

The trip from parking lot to the lobby/ room is a struggle lugging bags, the drop off area was full and blocking thru traffic. I provided my parking ticket at check in however when i left the lot they had not registered my room card so i could not get out easily. The wrist band process for new years day was not communicated well, staff was unhelpful in making us aware ahead of time that it was needed, then we had to wait in a long line to get them later when we could have done it earlier had we known. Booking stated that we have a microwave in room but there was no microwave.

The staff was really impolite. At first she gave us the worst room possible, hoping we would not complain. It was a disaster of what we booked. Complained, got better, but the staff always looked like too busy to smile. Even a half smile would be fine! I felt like a criminal and ruined their day by just booking a reservation.
They take a deposit, doesnt return (its been a week) fot what??? We received absolutely empty room without any amenities. What good these deposits will do?

I loved the parking right...

Location of the hotel is fantastic, and the view from many rooms is great. Rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Many rooms do not have a great view, especially on the lower floors and the suites on floor 5. The pool was closed while we were there. The breakfast buffet was good--not great. Would have expected better for the price.

The hotel was shabby, no frills. More like a 2 star. Staff were not so polite as expected on front desk. We arrived 12 mins before 12:00 and were asked if we wanted to pay an early check in fee !!!!! That’s insulting! Just ridiculous! They charge for WiFi unless you are an Honors member and even still have to go through a process to get a promo code. Most ‘modern’ hotels have free WiFi with easy access.
The breakfast was advertised as included in the price but we were charged 25$ each. This is something that also needs to be brought up with Booking.com. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Not the variety expected at a Hilton hotel.
Overall - very Disappointing!!
