The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Philly. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Negatives:
Not very clean. I’m not sure the floor is even mopped after each checkout. While being in the center of Philadelphia, the hotel is located in one of the worst streets at nights! Homeless and very shady drunk people are all around the property.

It took over 2 hours to get the car from
Valet when they originally said 40 minutes. I asked numerous employees that passed about the car on several occasions and I kept getting told “oh yeah it’ll be next” as I watched everyone else get their car before me. Very discouraged and I will never stay again for this reason.

Positives:
Hotel is equidistant walking distance from the train station and Independence sights. My room was very clean with a wonderful view of the city, and it was helpful to have a toaster / fridge / coffee maker. Staff were very responsive to a query I had on the first evening, sending someone to my room to personally check.
