No hot water in the showers for the entire stay. They proposed a new room, but that one had no hot water either. And smelled like someone had smoked in it.

- the hotel shuttle employees who were very rude, passed us by several times at the airport. Not the only people experiencing that issue.
-The hot water only gets lukewarm, there will be no hot showers.
- There was cockroaches in the room behind the microwave (so make sure u check)
-If they mess up there accommodations to make things right is not acceptable
-WiFi is not free, u must pay per day if not a Hilton honors member
-Parking is $25 per day extra
-for pricing the property is not worth wasting your time.

Asked for a 5 am wake up call and didn't get it. No breakfast until 7 on weekend. What? Shuttle driver to airport was good. No Hilton Honors recognition or welcome bag.
