Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Negatives: The staff were very unprofessional!!! I booked two rooms with booking.com upon my arrival at the Hotel I go to the clerk for check in while she’s checking me in the clerk gave me one set of key cards for the room I then said to her I booked two rooms she looked at her computer and said oh yeah! I do see something here so she made me fill out another form with my name confirmation number and etc then she tells me it’s another $100 for the security deposit after I already paided $100 for my first room then she says it’s $174 for the room I said I already paided for the room I then went to my email with the confirmation number and pin # and showed her my receipt she never not once enter my confirmation number nor she wanted me to speak with a manager she also told me she wasn’t the one to play with I said why would you make me pay a security deposit for the second room before you charge me for the room me and my family traveled 6hrs to Philly with 3 kids ages ranging from 5,2,and 10months all we wanted was to get checked into our hotel to enjoy our trip and get some sleep

Positives: The staff here is friendly so I thought this is great we are gonna have a good stay.
Negatives: What could have been better? First maybe a halfway clean room. My room was so dirty it made me itch. The bathroom smelled as if someone had been murder in it and then they tried to clean it with dollar store cleaner and I guess it would have been to much work to put clean sheets
