The area the hotel was nice,and if I got what I paid for it would of been good.
Negatives:
I rented the room last night and it was 11 p.m. after a long hard day. I got there with my fiance and we couldn't even get into the room till 12:36 a.m. causing problems and a break up between us. I couldn't even get my money back to get another room the staff from the facility was locked out of the office preventing us from being able to get room keys. I would like either a refund of my money back or a comped stay allowing us to receive the value of what we paid for. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

What went well was that it was close to the airport for an early flight and was close enough to restaurants and a neighborhood. It was why I chose this one and in that way it was not disappointing. ALSO Denise and one other front desk staff I interacted with were FRIENDLY and helpful.
Negatives:
OMG. So first I was given the keys to two different FILTHY rooms. I later learned that the housekeeping staff for that floor did not work that day. We were over the barrel as it was graduation weekend in Philly and I had booked this room three months in advance. The lady at the desk was able to give me a room without the two beds I had reserved that was at least clean. She was nice--wasn't her fault and said she could move us the next day as I was there for 3 nights. Also, some of the facility could be updated. Like the kitchen counters ...this location also charges for parking. A lot. They say there is free street parking but you would not be able to see your car AT ALL.

The facility was junkie looks like unhoused personnel are accommodated at this location. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking bathroom bathtub backup. A vent in the wall was detached, hair all over the bathroom, not mine.
