I only liked the location and size of the room. And the fact it had a microwave and stove.

The 2 rooms that I was given were not cleaned properly nor were they suitable for my children. The rooms both had roaches crawling on every surface. Even in the refrigerator and microwave. The whole entire floor reeked of tobacco smoke.

The room was an absolute disgrace. Stained mattresses, rusty stove top, filthy shelves, broken lights, and a BLOOD stain on the carpet. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet, the sink was cracked and had stain marks as well, and one of the drawers was completely missing. There was loud equipment outside the room too. I contacted the hotel to discuss the state of disrepair, and they have yet to get back to me, so they clearly do not care.

I didnt like showing up late at night to the hotel and being told the rooms were all occupied, even though Booking.com indicated otherwise. Certainly didn't like that I was then charged for said room that I never actually stayed in.

All of it. Horrible waited 25 for check in. After check in went to room smelled like smoke. Sink did not work. Clogged I. Any beli e they gave me a room with the sink clogged like how’d you do that. Roaches crawling everywhere I mean everywhere from the picture frames to the bathroom sink area wer I just placed my toothbrush. Broken furniture literally the dress had missing drawer that’s foul. Rusted out microwave. The list goes on.
