Positives: Proximity to the airport

Negatives: Dirty and smelly. It appeared that management was trying to turn the place around but they have a long way to go. The 100.00 security deposit was a bit extreme but if it helps deter vandalism I suppose that’s good, provided they return the deposit for a non damaged room.

Negatives: Nowhere on the website does it tell you that you have to be in your room by 6:00pm. (What am I 12 years old?) Cancelations are by 6pm. But we planned on staying and arrived at 7:30-7:45. Not very late if you ask me. We arrived and they were OVERBOOKED. NO ROOM FOR US! We had to go out of state. They charged our credit card anyway. Thieves!-considering that they got money from someone else for our room! Trying to get money from BOOKING.com If they can pay for Tina, Melissa and Glenn to do commercials, they can pay me back.
