Parking was bad, no AC in any public areas (lobby, hall, elevator). The room was DIRTY - not swept or vacuumed, hair on the floor, stains on the towels, trash was not even emptied. Staff was also too consumed with their phones to care, the only nice staff was the apologetic housekeeper that bursted into my room when she thought we were not there.

Stay away, even overnight.

Horrible. My flight got cancelled and I needed to stay the night (It was around midnight or even later ). I booked and when I got there, they said that my checking was at 3 PM that day. So in the end I had to stay in the floor of the Philadelphia Airport, didnt get reimbursed and didnt get any help when I contacted them in person and by email. Really poor and inhuman service.
Negatives:
Don't go there. If you get problems you will be on your own. They don't reply by email, and the girl in the desk basically said we have to wait until the morning for her manager. She was not rude or anything, but frankly, a bit useless. Booking people didn't do anything for me either. They said only the accomodation can reimburse me and the girl at the desk said that it was booking who has to do it. The manager never answered to my emails. So, really, avoind going there if you can.

Inhuman servide. Don't stay in...
Positives:
The beds are really comfortable and so were the pillows. It was very nice and quiet.! we were greeted with a very nice young man that checked us in and everybody was so kind and attentive. Our waitress at breakfast was very nice. Also, the breakfast was good. Coffee was a little strong for me, but you have an excellent staff and will probably definitely stay there again when we come out to see the Phillies.

Was told before we arrived, parking was $8.00 a night. Then we were told $25.00 a night. Thankfully my parking was compted.
My question is this: Why am I paying for parking if I am staying at your property?
I have driven cross country at least 5 times. None of the hotels I stay at on the road ever charge for parking.
