This hotel Four Points by Sheraton at Philadelphia airport is a dangerous hotel. On the 15th of this month February 2024 at about 06:30 AM someone tried to break the door into my room while I was sleeping. It was the scariest experience Ive ever had.

Bar/restaurant needs some work, food is edible but not great, bar itself lacking. Extra blankets/pillows in the rooms would be nice and a TV with all working stations.

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful whilst I was staying there.

The hotel has taken an extra amount of money from me that was promised to be refunded to me when I spoke to the staff at reception during my stay. This amount has not been refunded to me and now I cannot get into contact with the property as they only offer a phone number that I cannot call and booking.com is also failing to get in contact with them and keep asking me to resend evidence Ive already sent. So basically a good amount of money has been stolen from me, so I would be cautious about staying here.
