The bathroom was clean

The rugs were dirty. There was an odor of moisture and dirtiness in the hallways . The breakfast was basic and the area and tables weren’t clean. The worst of the visit was that three different workers just WALKED in our room without even a knock . It was between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm . That is not exceptable . They did tell us in the morning that they were doing maintenance on air conditioners however it was late in the day when guests go back to their room the freshen up. Not okay ! I told the manager and she said she would talk to them Are you okay We could have been changing or talking shower . Never will go back .

Squeaky clean room that was airy and spacious. a GREAT lobby and breakfast area. A location very walkable to all that Centre City has to offer. Great choices of hot and cold breakfast items. Hotel looks new still!

Samile at the bar is an awesome person, very professional, friendly, likable, with great cocktail knowledge, but run off his feet as you cannot expect him to both run the bar AND disappear into the kitchen to prepare the food.
C'mon management, you could have sold twice the amount of drinks as there were constantly people waiting at the bar for service, while Samile is flat out trying to keep up with the food.

The location was fine. I like the refrigerator and the microwave in the room.
Negatives:
The bath sink was clogged. The noise from outside (street) was too loud (people talking, cars and ambulance noise). There was a hole on the bath ceiling. The bath tub was stain (black stain). The towel were yellowish and rough. At breakfast, the potatoes tasted like bacon, I'm vegan. The room door was scraped. Housekeeping came to my room door at 8 am, nocking the door very hard.
