Staff was very pleasant. Was there due to airline issue. Felicia was fantastic with helping me store my bag and gave me ideas on what to do in the area for the day!

Negatives:
The bathroom was unfortunately not very clean. In terms of the shower, there was hair all over the tub. It was also on the wall and the ceiling! I also discovered what looked like a reddish brown hand print on the white wall. Does not show as well in pictures like it did in person. Did not have time to switch rooms, so dealt with it and went to bed for a 2am wake up.
Sadly the windows are very thin for the amount of traffic, sirens and even just people outside.

Room was comfortable and clean. Great location and very pet friendly. Staff was also friendly and helpful even when the systems were down so we had a longer than usual wait to check in
Negatives:
Pretty sure one of the elevators was out of order because I never saw it move and the waits for the elevator were insane. Breakfast also could have had more gluten free options and we had a really long wait for the coffee to be refilled.

The promised room type was over booked and the staff did not handle this situation well. I was handed some other room type without providing sufficient information during check in. The staff also argued that bookings from third party apps don’t share room type with them.

Spent 4 nights. Didn’t have enough towels after the first night. Made 3 difference attempts over 8 hours and the only response we got is “we are short staffed”. Follow day the same issue. On our last full day I called the front desk at 6:30 am and said we were going out for the day. I asked if we could get the room freshened up… garbage Changed. When we returned later that evening we had 3 towels, no face cloths or hand towels, garbage not changed and the room untouched. Very disappointing… short staffed but they don’t mind charging you full price
