The hotel was great until my penultimate day. I returned about 6pm to the hotel. I went to see if the coffee bar was open and on my way there i passed a parked porter's trolley. I noticed a ladies top the same as one of mine and then a dress the same as one of mine, a more thorough look made me realise that everything on the trolley was mine. I met one of the porters at this point and he confirmed that the house staff thought I was checking out and so had packed and removed all of my belongings from my room! So strangers had touched and packed all my belongings and left them in a lobby!! if I was checking out why would I leave everything behind? I spoke to the duty manager who checked my booking and confirmed that I had paid until Monday and was appalled at what had happened, both she and the porter had never seen this done before. she agreed that it was all very strange and even when I was leaving on Monday said she was still trying to work out what had gone wrong. My ear buds were missing but I was told that I could not be compensated for them without a police report. That was something I did not have time to do as I was flying out to London that afternoon. I had 20 dollars put on my account and my glass of wine paid for and was given a number of Hilton honour points equivalent, I think, to a one night stay. however, the chances of me staying in a Hilton hotel again are pretty slim. I think to be fair, that was everything the manager was able to do.
I would like an explanation as to why this happened. It left me feeling pretty uncomfortable and vulnerable and took the shine off what had been a really nice stay. I think I should be compensated for the loss of my ear buds and for my wasted time in having to unpack, check and repack my belongings and also for the anxiety that this unnecessary event caused due to someone's incompetence.

We checked in before 8pm but room is not ready yet. We are so tired all the way from Canada but they made us wait until after 10pm after we got in the room, bathroom is not ready yet with pile of dirty tower on the floor and no shower curtain. The next day morning they do t even give us the ticket for breakfast. After we got ticket we have to wait another half hour to be seated . Bcs table is not ready.

Not clean, not worth the money, the customer service was poor as you had to wait in line forever to check in. Things were broken in the room, dust was everywhere as if no one had cleaned in a long time, and it was $350 for one night. The W is cheaper so please go there instead.

The view of the hotel is great. Easy enough location from the airport although not so downtown but along the river - nice view.

The room is quite dated. The bathroom is quite dated, with a clogged sink, and cupboards/internal fixtures are scratched/old rusty/could not close properly. Facilities are not up to date. Breakfast quality is quite bad. Poor selection and tired-looking food. Small selection of cereals, no cheeses etc. Orange juice - from a cheap carton. Not fresh.

There was no wifi on the second of our second stay. We called front desk, people told us the wifi is not free for us since we booked through booking and we are not the hotel membership. We told them we have the membership and gave the membership number to them, but finally they still did not solve the issues just left it there. it is so bad experience. Staff is so not professional.
