I’m not used to write negative review but: this hotel was a disappointment truly. Me and some of my friends travelled to the USA from Europe to do a raodtrip, and all we want was a comfortable accommodation with breakfast. I previously wrote to the hotel that we would be arriving later. As it turned out at 10pm the hotel doesn’t have a parking lot, and the receptionist told us that we could park next to the hotel for like 63$/vehicle! It was way too much for our budget so we tried to find another solution and parked the car at the street for like /3-4$/night. Then when we arrived the room’s temperature was freezing around 16Celsius. We had one bed which was fine, and a sofa which was not only not pulled out, but also not made! In addition we didn’t even have bedding!! I spent one of my worst nights at that sofa, it was super uncomfortable and hard also made terrible noise when I moved so I waked up my roomates multiple times. They also gave us like one towel for 4 girls so we needed to go down and ask for towels also! We missed the vegetable and fruit options for breakfast, always had the same (not too tasty) possibilities. But the worst is yet to come: During our second breakfast a man (who I think didn’t even have a room) just came in to eat, sat next to us at 8 am and started talking about politics and Trump and even tho we tried to ignore him he never stopped talking!! Then he told us some sexist thing, made fun of our origins and when we tried to leave he started shouting at us to clean the table etc. Some of the workers noticed the conflict and did absolutely nothing. It was humiliating and frustrating so we left the hotel early and we left it all behind us as soon as possible!!!

It would’ve been nice if towels were available at the pool area. But the staff at the front desk was very kind and didn’t have a problem giving out towels to the hotel guests.
