Negatives: Breakfast ends too early on Friday, at 9am. It would be great to get a discount on parking. That was so expensive

Negatives: They lost my reservation. It took over an hour to check in, and no one would update us on what was going on. The lobby did not have air conditioning, so it was so HOT!! The staff was unfriendly. I ended calling booking.com to resolve the issue myself because the staff was doing nothing to help us! Parlin is ridiculously expensive!

Negatives: Adress is given on arch Street, but entrance to hôtel is on 12th Street.

Negatives: Called hotel the day before to ask for early check-in, was told they can't know availability for earl;y check-in until the morning-of... Called back the next morning, couldn't get through, no one answered the phones. Mid-day we stopped in to check again, they said 4pm check-in. I had booked a room for our niece, who was visiting us from California. We arrived for check-in at 4pm, the front desk were cold as ice, and would not recognize the Booking.com room confirmation number, that doesn't make sense. They insisted that must have a hotel confirmation #, not a Booking.com confirmation #... We didn't understand that and we asked to speak to the manager, who was in his office behind the front desk, he refused to come out. They said we need to call Booking.com and have them call the hotel. My phone was running out of juice, had to charge it. Took a short break to charge the phone. We called Booking.com, that took a while. Booking.com called the front desk, continued our case. Eventually they had gotten the OK from management to honor our pre-paid reservation. Room was fine, but the check-in ordeal lasted an hour. Yikes!! That's a bad look for Home2 Suites and Booking.com. I'll insist on a local hotel confirmation # next time, if there is such a thing.

Negatives: The only complaint I have is the sofa sleeper was very stained and gross

Negatives: I have no complaints

Negatives: AC wasn't working properly, the rooms were smelly

Negatives: The vending machine ate my money.

Negatives: -It would have been great to have a jacuzzi. -The rooms did not have hair conditioner or shower gel. -Also for a brief time, our room smelled like someone was smoking in a nearby room and the smell seemed to be coming from the vent.

Negatives: I didn't know that the pool was really small like that but it was still okay. And the people mostly out of towners..Some of them was just rude. Also, it was a few workers behind the desk that you can tell didn't wanna do much but it was a couple but it was a few that didn't mind helping. It wasn't horrible And I would do it again

Negatives: The breakfast ran out while we were there... before time
