The breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. It would have been great if the hotel allowed guests to make Belgian waffles to go with the coffee.
Negatives:
There was heat advisory and it was very hot during our stay. We spoke with staff three times about accessing the swimming pool, which was located in the next building (another Hilton), but they gave us incorrect information and we had difficulty since our key cards didn't work. The staff also texted us a welcome message at 9:32pm and when we asked for help with the air conditioning system (because our room was hot), we didn't get a reply (see attached screenshot).
