Asked 4 times for bedding for the pull out couch; did not receive until day 2 of stay after requesting 2 more times. Breakfast was very poor. 2nd night there were a group of very noisy guests across the hall; front desk wouldn?t answer. A/C broken. 85?

I love how you can cook in your own kitchen in your room if you have a kitchen & Its fully functional and stocked

That the pool was closed and the WiFi was not connecting but me and my wife still had a really relaxing time

Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing. She helped turn a potentially negative room experience into a great one. Loved our room.
Negatives:
The pool was closed for maintenance and they feel it necessary to put that on the website. We couldn't take a shower as the shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Will not book them again.
Positives:
Beautiful room, good value, and a nice amount of space. Also pet friendly.

The breakfast could've been better. Maybe add a waffle maker.

The staff was very attentive. We had several requests over the four days we were there, and they immediately responded to each one. The room was beautiful and quiet.
Negatives:
The breakfast situation was not good. We did not include breakfast with our room, which was a good thing. Eating breakfast there was not worth the money, but there is a Corner Bakery & Panera Bread within half a mile.
PARKING is a challenge at this Hilton. We did not have a car, so it didn't affect us, but there was very little parking for those people with a car.
