Positives:
Location was perfect for why I was there, rooms were comfortable and nicely kept.
Negatives:
The cafeteria lady staff is rude and not friendly. Unapproachable, demeanor is not welcoming and when asked a question rude responses are given. I thought it was just me but when other family members went down, they had similar reactions from her.

Overall, it’s a nice place...
Positives:
Property was in a great location, very convenient to the Mann concert venue and the airport. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was surprisingly large. All the facilities provided were excellent. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Take a walk through the nearby UPENN campus for some beautiful buildings.
Negatives:
Only $45 dollar valet parking available. On arrival staff were not able to provide info of other parking. There is a parking garage 2 min walk away that has a flat rate of $18 but it’s not overnight parking. Being from the UK it’s hard to tell where you can park on the streets, but after some googling we were able to find on street free parking only a couple minutes walk away. I understand the hotel doesn’t want to be liable for you parking elsewhere but some advice would be helpful considering the large fee for parking on site.

Negatives:
Lack of response of management for overcharging us. They charged more than they displayed on the booking.com site. I queried the amount from the day we checked in, sent numerous emails and requests via the booking.com portal. Up to date. Homewood have still have not returned the money they overcharged. Homewood had not returned $250 deposit per room. They have not responded to any communication. Charging more than what you display is daylight robbery and is shocking. I recommend paying cash at this establishment because they take more money from your bank
