It was a pleasant ,...
Positives:
Location was good and staff were friendly. Towels changed every day. There was a fridge and bottles of water were provided free of charge. Great bar nearby.
Negatives:
Had to change room as the city view we though we were getting was only an alley and didn't have a bath. The new room had 2 queen beds and not the king we had booked but the view was better. It had a bath but it didn't hold water and the beds were very uncomfortable. We had to pay more for this. The worse thing was the very noisy air con. My earplugs helped. The breakfast was not great and if we had more time in the morning we would have gone elsewhere.

The location was difficult to reach, it should be rated as 3-stars, no sense of luxury, at the time of check out they instructed us to get out own luggage down stairs as the guy who helped us before wasn’t around.
