Positives: Great place! Gorgeous! Unreal. Exceptional. FREE Wine hour at 5pm, awesome breakfast at Red Owl, connected, with vouchers..I'll be BACK.
Negatives: Nothing! I have a million photos, so I'll share on Google, this app below will not let me show them, for some reason!
Positives: The building & rooms were charming & beautifully decorated.
Negatives: The amenities were almost non-existent. Their website was not accurate (e.g., it says 24-hour room service, but room service was only available for a few hours per day and delivered as a to-go order with astronomical in-room dining fees), no minibar in rooms, not enough staff, could not reach front desk or bell from room phone, etc.). Valet was the only parking option & $70/night.
Charming & beautiful but amenities...
Positives: beautiful decor
i would definitely recommend this...
Positives: The room was pretty and I wanted to spend my birthday alone so this room was perfect for my expectations! It was lively & I felt safe!
Positives: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop lounge was very nice.
Negatives: We were not impressed with our meals at the restaurant. I had the pasta dish and was disappointed it was just a bowl of pasta. No bread, no side salad, and expensive. My husband got a chicken dinner that was a simple meal and ok in flavor but expensive for what he got.
Hotel was clean and comfortable....
Positives: Loved the location and free wine at happy hour. Great Gym! Super friendly staff.
Negatives: It was all wonderful! No complaints.
Positives: the location was excellent
Negatives: A few things in need of repair. The decor was a little bright for my taste.
Positives: The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were poor. Excellent location. Interesting decor in hotel and room. The breakfast at the restaurant was tasty. Elevators were very quick.
Negatives: Valet parking very expensive. Pillows on bed were unsupportive. No toast included with omelette at breakfast. Seems like nickel and dime situation. No coffee service in the room.
A nice place to stay...
Positives: The location to museums and restaurants is perfect when visiting Philadelphia. The rooms are pretty big and very clean. The staff was very friendly.
Negatives: I really liked everything. If I had to nitpick I did noticed the hallway carpets were stained.
Positives: Great Location , beautiful interior, friendly staff
Negatives: Breakfast included means a voucher that not completely covers the cost of a full breakfast
