The room was a good size & the king size bed was very comfy. The walk in shower was good & large.The location is excellent.

The roof top lounge/bar was shut during our stay (Tues to Thurs). This was not stated anywhere on the website & was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. We prepaid for breakfast, but the only option was the American Breakfast (2 eggs, toast & potatoes). Again this was not made clear on the website & on the 1st day we were charged for tea & coffee. This did not happen on the 2nd day, but you still had to leave a tip as if you were paying for everything. This is not what I expect when I book breakfast in a hotel.
Also on the first day we returned to our room at 4pm to find that the room had not been cleaned or the bed made. The comment when we rang to report this was "you can have it done tomorrow " which was completely unacceptable. Room service did then come to the room.
