We love the location, right in the center of the historical area and easy to walk to various neighborhoods. The bed is comfortable. Love the room decoration and the excellent services from all the staff. I love the lounge area in the lobby.
Negatives:
I would have appreciated tea/coffee (kettle, tea bags, instant coffee options) in the room without having to request them myself. We forgot to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of the door and was surprised that the cleaner knocked at the door three times in the morning when check out was at noon.

I notified the front desk and they placed a $25 red owl Café credit on our account which was nice, but overall it was amazing. Stay so no further issues there.

Our room was quiet and beds were comfortable. The coffee/tea bar in the morning was fantastic.
Negatives:
Minor cleaning issues. The lights in the bathroom have a thick layer of dust on the bottom. The magnifying glass on the wall magnifies the dust, which made it more noticeable. The 9th floor carpet outside of the elevators and down the halls needs cleaning. The SW elevator needs servicing. It doesnt ride as smoothly as the others.
