I asked 5x for a coffee maker before it was sent to my room. Cleaning staff left dirty glasses in the room and didn’t replace with new ones. Part of the facility fee was getting 2 bottles of water in the room every day but that wasn’t done unless I called. The elevators took so long that on 2 occasions I just took the stairs. There seemed to always be one of four not working and the lobby got too crowded

Wow, what a location. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops, culture just around the corner. Spacious room with beautiful view of the city. Breakfast with plenty of options.
Negatives:
Toilet did not flush so I had to manually fix that by doing things that you should not be doing in a luxury boutique hotel. Was fixed the next day.
