ALL room items need to be updated. It looked like they started renovating but didn't finish. Holes in the walls, shower liner was dirty.

Positives:
This hotel was beyond words. You could not touch anything without getting dirty or sticky. The towels had black streaks on them. The sheets were stained. This hotel needs to be condemned it was so gross.

No free breakfast despite website claim Upstairs noise until 4:50 AM, room change request ignored Checked out early, sought refund through staff and 6 calls; only manager can authorize refund but still couldn't get in touch with him after entire week

The office staff was nicer to me and greeted me in the morning and the lady at night was able to get me a different room.
Negatives:
The vent they had in the room only worked on fan, the room stunk of cigarettes and we dont smoke, the toilet smelled of piss and wasnt clean, the shower wasnt clean, the floor was hard wood and needed replaced, the room needed a whole upgrade.

Nothing!!! First of all when I get to the room for the price that I paid the TV worked for about 15-20 maybe 25 minutes I'll say after that the TV did not work at all kept saying no signal no signal, I go to call the front desk and the whole cord falls

Out of the telephone so I plugged it back in I tried it again it just kept falling out so I had to walk to the front desk long story short I asked for a discount front desk that called the manager on the phone stated that I could get a 10%

There was a hotel shuttle to the airport.
Negatives:
Hotel was DISGUSTING. It was crawling with roaches, beetles & bedbugs. Floor was so dirty it was slimy feeling with bare feet after a shower. There was cold water dripping from the ceiling in the shower. We could not stay here. We had to leave. Drug den.
