Staff were friendly, hallways looked nice, room was clean, free breakfast was your average sausage, eggs and cereal with milk, juice or coffee and the view was ok (facing East - opposite of City Hall).
Negatives:
Biggest let-down was the air conditioning. I set the A/C for 65F (18.5C) and the coldest it got all weekend was 71F (21.5C) which was borderline okay. I asked other guests during breakfast and they experienced the same thing.

Great location of the hotel, close to everything.
Negatives:
The room we were assigned had a significant water leak in the shower, and the bathtub's non-slip surfaces were worn out, causing my husband to fall—fortunately, nothing serious. The power outlets didn’t work, some were damaged, and the TV didn’t function properly. The pillows were in poor condition.

The Location is good. But there are more options

The couch had stain marks and were old and needed upgrade. All appliances were old and outdated.
The buffet breakfast was very limited and had disposable cheap cutlery.
The building does not have a drive way, you literally park on the road to get your stuff out. Valet is not value for money.

I loved the location. It was close to the trolley line, MFL and BSL and walkable to many locations. The breakfast was great. The staff was fantastic. They upgraded us to a larger room that was nice.

Arrived after midnight. The girl at the front desk was on the phone with boyfriend or something while she was helping other customers.
She was still on the phone having a normal conversation with him while serving us.
She couldn’t find our reservation online and made us pay a new room.
