I loved the location, it's near all the major museums and historical locations as well as the Reading Market where there are a variety of food vendors and two blocks away from the convention center.
The staff was very helpful and kind! They were well equipped with knowledge of the area. The breakfast selection was great as well as the staff who provided the food. I loved that we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, go for a bus tour, then hang out in their 2nd floor lounge until time for us to catch our bus back home. I am definitely recommending this hotel and coming back when we visit Philly again!

Positives:
Location, valet employees, room, and most staff were excellent. Perfect from the convention center in which we needed to go everyday. Valet was perfect, they were respectful, helpful, and are very well informed. Room was amazing and up to standards. We were greeted, front desk ladies were friendly and informative. They made me aware of events that could affect my check out which helped us know when to head out check out day.
Negatives:
Our phone wasn’t working for me to call down for extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed so I went downstairs to the front desk which wasn’t a problem. I told the man at the front desk about the phone and then what I needed, he didn’t react to the phone not working and wrote down what I needed. We never received the sheets/blanket and I ended up just sleeping in the bed with my friend.

The staff is friendly. You can buy snacks and alcohol on the first floor. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Improvements: 1) rooms need updating. 2)I traveled with a friend who's vegan and she couldn't eat much for breakfast. Please include more vegan options.
