The elevators were malfunctioning. One of them stopped then dropped multiple floors while my husband and I were going down from 17th floor, terrifying.

The staff is amazing and the walkability to UPenn is 2 1/2 blocks. Love that the car is right there by hotel. Loved the view...sister was at the hospital and our rooms faced each other. Loved that I could almost see her ....
