The restaurant- the waiter cursed me for the reduction in tip, immediately changed his attitude ushered us out and then pursued me through the hotel reception to inform the of his expectations.

We experienced water outbreaks, system outbreaks, people trying to get into our room because we got the key to the same room, and three-ish check ins during my short stay. Even though I would not say it is all their fault, just please at least make the elevator to the parking lot less smelly.

The elevators were malfunctioning. One of them stopped then dropped multiple floors while my husband and I were going down from 17th floor, terrifying.
Wish there was an option for some form of breakfast or at least coffee in the morning.
TV needs some help...all screens had light gray overlay
