Bad customer service, not clean, air wasn’t working properly, airport shuttle are extremely late, and was there for 4 nights & housekeeping didn’t service our room at all (no trash or dirty towel pickup, sheets not changed, room not serviced, and etc)… I called the front desk several times a day & eventually emailed management but still no one would fix the simple issues or reach back out to me. When I checked out, I received a $100 refund (out of $800) and still no response.

When I paid for my room the machine was not working properly and they insisted that my sale did not go through but money was removed from my account. The staff was rude in handling my situation which was stressful. One staff member walked away and I was not rude in return. Another staff member told me to pay shown otherwise I could not stay at hotel. The manager was dismissive and called the accountant to speak with me. I had to call my bank who spoke to the accountant and gave reference number where it showed the system did receive my payment. I was concerned initially that this was some sort of inside scam to get more money from me. Eventually the accountant overrode system so I could stay. This occupied an extra hour of my time making me late for conference meeting.
I will be placing a call to the corporate team at Marriott because the staff was poorly trained and very rude to me.

Paying for parking especially because we were staying at the facilities. And there buffet cost too much most hotels I stay at gives you free breakfast, and Sheraton puts out the same breakfast as the other hotels that do it for free. And they didn't have non pork products/meat.
