The hotel is pretty tired, and the furniture in the room was pretty random and ugly vinyl stuff that seemed like castoffs from other hotels. It needs a refresh on the hall carpets. Decor, stuff like that.

The entire staff was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Christopher Fuschetti, and Alana at the reception desk and Concierge Ivan were all so memorable and provided outstanding service. I am writing the Hotel Sofitel Management a personal letter of gratitude and appreciation.

The staff was great, the coffee and Croissants for breakfast was great.
Negatives:
The room and floors need a big overhaul! It's well past time to upgrade.
Also I did not like that the Management at the Sofitel didn't invite their staff to the big 60th anniversary party. The cleaning staff, the cooking staff, the front desk staff and GUESTS should all have been invited. Instead, it was management scratching the back of management.

I used my Affirm account on booking.com. This hotel could not accept payment from Affirm when I arrived because their credit card was virtual and could not use Google Pay. The room was reserved thru booking.com but not paid for with Affirm although when I called the hotel they told me it was paid for.
