The location is convenient.
Negatives:
The bath towels are terrible. Has this hotel heard of laundry softener? I advised the hotel that using them felt like sand paper. Their solution was to bring me a stack of equally worn out towels the day after. For the brand and the standard attached to their name, this is completely sub par. Their valet personnel was completely understaff resulting in long wait to get my car. And to conclude the person who checked me out barely looked at me. Did not ask me how my stay was and was extremely unpleasant.

I loved the size of the rooms/the size of the bathroom, the $20 restaurant credit and the lunch that I had, and the friendliness of the staff that I interacted with.
Negatives:
The relocation of certain things with construction was confusing. The day I checked in I had to go to the second floor but then by the time I checked out it had moved back downstairs without any notice. Also my pillows on my bed were AWFUL and extremely flat/uncomfortable. I had a horrible time trying to sleep both nights of my stay because my neck and back were in so much pain.

Hotel renovations caused some disruption and we had to switch rooms - they should reduce their rates while the renovations are underway.
Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for our kids, it was clearly quite old and worn and the springs could be felt.

The construction was a disappointment...

They had an exceptional concierge

It was under renovation and that was not called out anywhere including this site as happening. I would not have chosen this hotel had I known.
The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke or something else bad
The room we ended up staying in was ok but for what was supposed to be a higher standard of a hotel - we found it to not match up with its rating.

Valet the next day was crazy. Managment should definitely come up with a better system. The poor valet manager was really trying to help everyone but he could only do so much. Everyone was coming at him hostile in every direction. The system should be well organized since there is not alot of room to park. Cars that are brought to the front and owners that are not ready should know their car will be returned and they will have to re-text and get back in line. A few cars were there for over an hour and the owners were not ready. Taking up the valet area. Something should be done and The manager definitely needs more support from management.
