This hotel was rated as Luxury Hotel with a 4 star rating, that it is not. I stayed at the W hotel a 4.5 star Luxury Hotel prior to checking in this hotel, and it is by far better than this. This place is like a Motel 6.

The hotel location is its best asset, followed by the fact there is a Ruths Chris as the restaurant in the lobby. Check in was efficient.

Hotel is clearly not up to its rating. Furniture is a bit dated, and in some cases drawers would not stay shut and dispenser bottles in the shower leaking down into the bathtub leaving a mess , other hotels in this location, offer nicer rooms & amenities

When I booked the hotel I asked about the price for parking, they told me it would be $5 to $10, but the actual price was $51. I would not have booked if I knew parking would be that much.

Wished there was a microwave I could use somewhere in the hotel. Plus, I felt there should've been smart tv where I could use my account to watch Netflix and other streaming services.

The Art Bar advertises open 7days a week , serves Starbucks and closes at 11:30 AM! No afternoon coffee here! Their $10 expires daily and cannot be used elsewhere in the hotel and they close early when supplies get low , which happened often!

Hotel does not answer calls to the front desk. I was trying to put in a noise complaint for over an hour. No response. For 2 days following my stay, no one is answering calls to the front desk.
