Negatives: It takes a considerable time to get simple things like tissue or soap bars

Negatives: I arrived at the hotel after 4pm and room wasn’t ready for another two hours.

Negatives: For the price, more was expected. . .

Negatives: Not the hotel's fault but there were road works next door that started at 7am and woke us up the first two nights.

Negatives: On our wedding night, we encountered some unfortunate issues right from the start at the hotel. The receptionist was quite rude to us, which set a troubling tone for the evening. First, our credit card was declined because it was locked, which was frustrating in itself. Once we finally got into our room, we were shocked to find it had two separate beds instead of the deluxe king we had booked. To make matters worse, we were on the ground floor with no view at all. We called the front desk to address the mix-up, but we were told there was nothing they could do since the card was declined, and they had given our reserved room to someone else. The entire process took only about 15 minutes, but it felt like an eternity. To top it off, there was no air conditioning in our room, which added to the disappointment. Just when we thought the night couldn't get any worse, we decided to order room service. However, after searching for the menu, we realized we never received one. When we called the front desk for assistance, the response was less than helpful; they informed us that we should have received a menu with a welcome package that was never provided. The person on the line was extremely rude about the situation, and when we finally made it downstairs for assistance, the staff treated us poorly, making us feel unwelcome and disrespected. It was a truly upsetting experience.

Negatives: Honestly, there wasn't anything that could have been better. We loved the bar in the hotel and that there was a fabulous restaurant in the hotel.

Negatives: The lack of cleanliness. The shower curtain and bathtub had yellow and black stains. The ceiling in the bedroom area had damage to it, which was not esthetically pleasing. Parking is $69 per night.

Negatives: The housekeeping was absolutely horrendous the rooms were filthy and the sheets stank

Negatives: The property is really dated. Smells in the elevator and dusty in the room. The comforter smells staled. The reception staff were rude and impatient. This is overpriced and the most like a 3 star hotel. The assembly rooftop was closed for outdoor seating one day and closed the half of it for a company event.
