Positives: I liked the cleanliness and the super fast customer service for check in/check out. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.
Negatives: I did not like that my room was not ready upon check in so I had to get a different room. I was not notified until I arrived. The beds were also very uncomfortable.

Positives: Great location to access Philadelphia's museums. Comfortable bed.
Negatives: Bathrooms in common areas were disgustingly dirty and not maintained. Furnishings in the room were significantly worn and ready for Goodwill. Towels were low quality and threadbare. The staff were helpful and friendly but clearly overwhelmed. This hotel is clearly managed to minimize expense, not maximize guest experience. Most 2 star hotels offer a more luxurious experience. We will not be back.

Negatives: When we checked in, the concierge said, “you booked through booking.com, right?” I said yes. Then he told us that they were full and that he couldn’t give me the king bed room I had booked. Instead, we had a room with two doubles on the sixth floor, alllll the way down the hall. I’m not one to complain (and I didn’t to him), but it felt like we were being moved only because we booked through a third party. Didn’t feel great for our anniversary. No complimentary drinks/consolations were offered in exchange for the downgrade.

Positives: Very beautiful and clean and the staff were nice the views were amazing. The bathroom was amazingggggg and all the shower and hair products were amazing as well .
Negatives: The air in my room was not working on an 95 degree day which sucked. My carpeted flooring smelled very damp and maintenance never bought up the fan that was requested
