This is, for sure, my first and last time at a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. I paid over $800 for a night, and I received very mediocre attention from the moment I stepped in until the moment I left. They were primarily rude and didn't care to make a guest feel comfortable.
On top of everything, they tried to give me an inferior room that I had to complain about for them to change, and they wanted to bill me for charges like a double parking overnight fee and breakfast that I had already paid. So, I had to complain twice to get those refunds they did by “mistake.”
I will never stay again in a Ritz-Carlton.
