Rooms are really dated and in need of redoing. A/C unit was loud and the toilet was also really loud. Bathroom fan didn't work. Tile in bathroom was stained and looked bad.
Positives:
Excellent location close to transportation, restaurants, etc. Beautiful area to walk around, felt very safe. The staff were phenomenal - incredibly friendly, responded promptly to requests, easy check in and out process.
Negatives:
Not a 4 star room experience. Chair material was worn out and torn. Grout in the bathroom was discolored and looked like it had mildew. Makeup mirror was coming off the wall, carpet was worn out and dirty in the corners.

Stairwells and hallways were not the best. Service and staff was great. Ice machines broken on multiple floors, in addition to vending machines. Location is excellent.
