Positives:
The lobby and the hallway was beautiful. The bathroom was nice and the interior designs were nice as well.
Negatives:
The room was nice, however, the air conditioner made loud noises and would wake me up in the middle of the night. The carpet had an old smell triggering my allergies and the bedding did not smell fresh either. I understand that they were busy and I agreed to have my receipt emailed to me when I checked out, however, I have not received it as of yet and it is the 4th of July.

LOCATION, very spacious, good AC, comfortable beds, good shower pressure, open view and good room darkening shades, friendly staff, working refrigerator, quiet
Negatives:
No soap in room (had to ask twice), bathroom had only 1 (of 2) functioning lights, only 1 cup provided for in-room coffee, rug and furniture need a refresh.

Decent value, excellent Rittenhouse location
Positives:
The property was at the center location of the city and UPenn is like 15-20 mins of walk. I went early around 10 am and thought of leaving the bag but the let us to check in early so we rested little bit before exploring.
Negatives:
No breakfast. It would be nice if they include break fast .

The property was severely rundown. It felt like a motel with a really nice lobby. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy, and the room felt damp. Lastly, I left my suitcase open and spiders were on my clothes after a while. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay the length of time I booked the room for. I canceled and went to the nearby Lowes hotel. A much better choice for less money. I’m very disappointed. If I thought it was worth the hassle I would have asked for my money back. Definitely not a good choice for me.

The staff was very nice and the manger was great at check out. He explained the park about the parking because of the location of the building they don’t have parking on site and that is why you have to use a parking garage.
