The lady at the front desk was an absolute gem. She upgraded our room & offered us a free continental breakfast for my boyfriends 40th birthday. The room was so nice and the food/drinks were excellent. Oh & the hotels signature scent is intoxicating.

The staff was great. They helped us out and made sure our rooms were together and accommodated us with a late checkout time. Location was excellent, easy access to Chestnut street, Reading Market, and Rittenhouse square.

2- House keeping team was horrible

I doubt they had changed my bed sheets during 10 night stay
No vacuum to room it was dusty
They were only changing towels

And even bathroom room and toilet were no great cleaning
