The in room dining was excellent. The staff was very nice and professional. The food was excellent, and the service was the same.

Everything I expected
Negatives:
We arrived an hour before check in. We waited in a valley line for 45 minutes. Then when entering the lobby, I had to wait for 30 minutes to be checked in. When we got to the front desk, we checked in however the room was not ready. The front desk person was very kind but explained that the room was not ready. He suggested we sit down and wait for the key to be sent via text. Around 4:15, I waited in line again and finally was helped. I explained that I paid for a room starting at 4 and it’s not ready. I was highly disappointed. He went in the back for a few minutes and said “I found you a room.”

Service in the living room and at breakfast was slow. A long wait to order. Lighting in our room was too dim for reading or enemies for seeing our clothes.
