Negatives: The room’s furniture was awkwardly organized - The walls need a paint refresh - they look beat up! The lighting was mediocre - The door keycards were a pain to sync so the door would open -

Negatives: They are asking an outrages amount of money for the valet parking and also the wifi in the hotel is not free of charge, you have to get a pass per 24 hours.

Negatives: Lobby floors filthy. Checkin staff missing. Quality of room lacking. Hall way floor had glass and debris. Bath door handle loose. Pillow filthy. Toilet rocked. Charged for internet. Just an awful stay.

Negatives: Paint in rooms could be a bit brighter. and more lighting in ceilings.

Negatives: Breakfast is based on the hotel restaurant with limited options and they gave 40$ credit for 4 people per day which not covering even half of it

Negatives: While the people at the W Philadelphia were exceptional during our four-day stay, we won’t return due to our room and experience. We reserved a “Spectacular” room because we had some computer work to do while in town and really wanted the desk facing the windows, as well as the two “sofa chair” window seats for us to work on our laptops while enjoying the view. What we received was called an upgrade, yet really felt like a downgrade, to a “Cool Corner”. We had one comfortable chair and one wooden desk chair with a small desk facing the wall. Photos are attached of what we reserved and what we received. The evening we arrived, we needed to perform some urgent computer work, yet the Internet didn’t work. It was resolved the next day and we received a nice note of apology, yet we lo st hours of what was supposed to be productive time and some sleep. On our last day, we were scheduled for a noon checkout. When we returned from breakfast at 10:35am, our keys didn’t work and my husband stood in a long line at the front desk for 18 minutes to obtain new keys. Our room was very dark, even during the bright days of summer! We also reported our room phone as non-functional when we arrived and attempted to call to report the Internet/room issues. It was never fixed, so we were unable to call the front desk when our neighbors were partying loudly at 1:30am the third night. We truly wish our experience had been better. We travel almost full time and are accustomed to making adjustments when things understandably go a little sideways, yet this stay was one frustration after another. We shared our feedback with the W management team and didn’t receive a response from anyone.
