Staff couldn't do anything, didn't offer anything after our rooms (2) were given to "diamond members". I guess I'm not as important as them even though I was booked months ahead of time. Ceiling fan in our room was broke and taped together and couldn't be used, one of the heat/ac PTAC in suite didn't work. Manager was told which was just shrugged off.

I liked how spacious the suite was and appreciated the full kitchen (not having to leave the room to get ice was great). It was also quite comfortable for the most part. The breakfast did not disappoint at all and actually saved me money on food. The one big issue (I was getting double charged) I did have was promptly fixed by your manager, Breanna.
Negatives:
Getting double charged was not great, but again, this was quickly fixed and was probably not your fault to begin with. I figured that it was the banks fault as they switched from Visa to MasterCard and that confused the computers on your end. The ceiling fan in the Bedroom didn't have a light which was mildly annoying.
