Positives: I thought that the breakfast menu could have been a more better selection / it was a basic menu (pancakes, muffins or bagels)
Negatives: My room had no heat, the light fixture was broken, someone put a hole in the bathroom door, there were holes in the linen and the door needs to be replaced (it seems to have been either kicked in or breached for an unknown reason / Nothing was done about the issue

Positives: Nothing it was dirty looked like it has been neglected for years
Negatives: Dirty trash in the parking lot giant pot holes it was very disappointing. The room was not clean there was a Weird smell in the room one of the beds was were dirt sheets didn’t look changed and there was piles of hair built up in the corners of the bathroom floor. The carpet was not vacuumed

Positives: Nothing … the a/c didn’t work, and the room smelled so bad, even our dog wouldn’t go in the room.. we asked for another room, the a/c did work, but all the sheets had nasty stains .. we asked for a refund and left .. ended up staying at the Comfort Inn

Negatives: The bed, sheet, bathroom, microwave. Fridge and carpet was dirty and smoke holes was in the sheet. The room smell like alcohol and smoke. I don't even take a shower I waited until I got home. I don't even use the microwave. One of the worker come in on me without knock on the door.

Negatives: Room had a bad odor. Cigarettes holes in blanket. Mold in sink and tub.Toliet sest broken. Refrigerator is wine cooler. Cob webs in bathroom and dirty vents. They told us they just got done cleaning the rooms and the floors were nasty old chips and dirt on floor. A very awful stay for the price we paid.

Positives: The front desk overnight guy Kishore was fantastic and when we got moved to the quality next door because our room was unusable Cheryl at quality was amazing!!!
Negatives: Our room at check in had a moldy and musty smell, the toilet was unusable and leaking/overflowing, TV didn't work and when I checked to make sure it was plugged in there was trash stuffed in between the wall and dresser the tv sits on, my daughter stepped in a puddle by the bed from the overflowing toilet. The one manager Heidi was rude and got very snotty with me because "it was her day off" but Cheryl followed her protocol and called her because the other manager on call didn't answer (Christina the manager told me herself she didn't answer Cheryl's call the first time), then when we got moved from Days Inn to Quality the overnight guy told me we were checked in for our two night stay, only later Saturday we were informed he only put us in for 1 night and we pre paid so that got messed up because we needed two nights. Also, when Days Inn front end clerk called maintenance who lives at the days inn, maintenance man said he was in bed and didn't want to come fix toilet and to move us to Quality next door.
