The lady at the front desk when I arrived was very nice and helpful. The pillows were comfortable and the AC worked great.
Negatives:
The guys in the parking garage said it was complimentary to park. They charged 36.00 when I got my emailed folio… not happy with dishonesty. The bathroom in my room was not good. The bathtub had a big dip like it was going to fall through. Major cracks in the ceiling, only bathroom area… probably from water damage.

Pool was freezing. There was hair in the sink and tub. I asked for a microwave in the room and there wasn't one. Was told there was parking but not that it was an extra charge. Watched someone get robbed access the street. 2 people in the room and only one pack of coffee. Floors in hall were gross. Black out curtain didn't come but half way down and was stuck. Check in took way to long between getting settled with valet parking and app and check in. Was not told about additional charges and was under impression everything was already paid for when booked online weeks prior.

Positives:
The staff was great, very polite and accommodating, the hotel is a little outdated, valid parking was full, no complementary breakfast offered, need to be competitive. I will return due to the great treatment that was giving by the hotel staff, especially Alley.

The slow draining sink, chipped tub small double beds, should be queen size at least, outdated rooms
