Positives:
When we first checked in the host was sure to follow up with us to make sure the room was up to our expectations. They were quick to send maintenance to fix the shower door handle and sent extra towels when requested. The staff during breakfast service was top notch; quickly cleaning tables and very friendly.
Negatives:
The restaurant/bar was closed Saturday afternoon when the posted hours said it was supposed to be open, just wanted an afternoon cocktail. The pool has a design flaw with exposed screws along the edges. My son cut his leg getting out of the pool. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.

Room service was great. We received towels when we needed them and all the used ones were picked up timely. Trash was picked up timely as well. The breakfast service was great and having the fitness center in the hotel was also great.
Negatives:
I would have liked the floors to get cleaned in the room, especially the bathroom. We were there for a whole week, so it looked dirty by the end of the week. The hallways were not vacuumed on a regular basis.

Operate two elevators so it’s a bit of a wait. The valet leaves the keys in the cars unlocked while they wait for drivers to shuttle them. Staff on duty outside but often dips in to check the computer and register new tickets. My car was outside for over half an hour unlocked waiting to be parked. Good thing I was out there just waiting for my travel partner to come back downstairs.

Good location but confusing and didn’t realize check in was on the 25th floor.
Negatives:
Bathroom door had mold and mildew. Breakfast was ok. Fruit section could use better fruits other than just cantaloupe and melon and both were not sweet and others were hard. The pineapple was not ripe and whoever cut them did not remove the middle part of the pineapple. The receptionist when we checked in was nice but the receptionist when we checked out had a little attitude.

We went to Pittsburgh for a concert at PNC Park. The hotel was 15-minute walk to the stadium, which was totally doable for myself, my spouse and our 11-year-old. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
There are 25 floors to this building (our room was on the 16th floor) and at one point during our stay only one elevator was working. We waited almost 10 minutes to catch the elevator on our way out for the evening. We also ended up parking our car in the garage around the corner because the valet was so backed up with cars that there wasn’t even a spot for us to park and wait for them to take our car.

This property is in a great location in the middle of downtown and just a short walk to PNC stadium. Incredibly clean. Lobby on the 25th floor was weird but kinda cool too
