Central to Market Square, restaurants and attractions . Staff was amazing , helpful and pleasant There was a bar and limited restaurant food offerings . It was a nice extra . The room was clean and comfortable. I had a room with work out equipment and the in house cable channels had work out programs that fit the equipment . The hotel had a convenience kiosk for snack snd sundries.
Negatives:
Parking was close and in a garage within a block. It was convenient but you have to haul all your items through the garage to the hotel, through the lower lobby up the elevator and into the 5th floor lobby where the hotel is located .

The property was in a great location. The staff was amazing. There were several amenities within the hotel, including a bar and limited breakfast and dinner options. The room I reserved had yoga and workout equipment in addition to the fitness room offered by the hotel.
Negatives:
I never was able to actually have a hot shower. The hot water seem to be intermittent.

Only 20 minute walk to PPG Paints arena from the hotel.
Negatives:
The shower could have been a bit better cleaned. It wasn't bad but you could see the shoe marks from the person who cleaned it and a couple random hairs along the wall in the shower. Would definitely stay again just would like the shower to be a bit cleaner next time.

The front desks ladies were very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Had no issues with getting to our room and everything was pretty close.
Negatives:
Parking isn’t the best but not much they can do in the area it’s in. Room started very cold bc the heat was off but nothing major.
