Positives: The hotel was fairly close to the graduation venue I attended.

Negatives: There was no shower gel in the bathroom and no seat other than a desk chair in the room. An arm chair would have been appreciated.

Positives: Convenient location.

Negatives: Had to pay to park. Tiny room for two beds. Outer wall was wet as rain water leaked onto the carpet and got our belongings wet, so couldnt use that part of room. Large mold spot on wall where paint was peeling. Bathtub also had mold on it. Just gross.

Negatives: Shampoo/conditioner were empty; decorative handle on bathroom sink was not properly attached so it was hanging by one screw. Biggest issue - I was charged twice for the room - once through booking.com and once by the hotel. When I called to ask about the dupe charge, I was placed on an excessive hold then told that they couldnt see my reservation details because I had already checked out. Well guess what? I cant see the final charge until Ive already checked out! Still waiting for the duplicate room charge to be refunded.
