Positives:
Very cool vibe…paid homage to the location, which was formerly steel mills. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Be sure to book a room facing the river.
Negatives:
The parking. The hotel parking lot is paid parking. There is no other option. I was completely unaware of this when I checked in. And it isn’t inexpensive. $30 per night!! Honestly parking should be free here. There is no on street option. It’s not as if, the hotel is in downtown to warrant such a high rate. The hotel, to their credit, did discount the parking for me, since I was unaware and it was not (that I saw anyway) mentioned on the reservation site.
Separately, there is nothing around this location to walk to. No restaurants or shops. It’s in the middle of an office park.
Also, it’s a bit of a challenge to get to.

The room was on the side of the building next to 13 lanes of traffic. Was very loud and we were unable to sleep. They provided ear plugs on the night stand, which made us suspicious that they knew this was a problem immediately; and it was correct.
